Ask a member for the group’s join code. In Pace, enter the code. The app shows the group name, the members, and the habits. Confirm to join. You have to be signed in with your email magic link first.

Two letters, a dash, and four digits. BC-3301 is the shape. The letters come from the group name. If the code shakes and will not preview, check the letters and the dash, then try again.

The code has to match a group exactly. A group also stops at 10 members. When it is full, Pace says the group is full. Ask the group to make a new one, or leave another group of your own if you are sorting memberships.

A streak counts finished windows in a row. The window follows the habit’s cadence: a calendar day, a week that runs Sunday through Saturday, or a calendar month. Hit the target inside that window and the streak goes up by one. In a group, your own cadence override is the target that counts for you.

There is no grace period. The next time you open Pace, if the previous window was not completed, the current streak resets to zero. Your best streak stays.

You can log the previous window after it has closed. If those reps complete that window, Pace restores the streak. Undoing the reps that completed it can break the streak again. Logging an older window than the previous one does not restore it.

On a group habit, the bell sends a push to a member who still needs to log. It says “[Name] nudged you!” and “Time to log [habit]!” You and the other person have to be in the same group. You cannot nudge yourself.

You can nudge the same person about the same habit once every 24 hours. Pace records the nudge either way. The push is delivered only if that person has allowed notifications and the app has stored a push token for them.

Open Today, tap the gear, and scroll to Delete account. Pace asks you to confirm twice. That calls the delete-account function, which removes your reps, streaks, group memberships, habit participation, nudges, push token, profile, avatar files, and sign-in record.

Habits and groups you created stay in place so other members can keep using them. If you created a habit or a group, deletion can fail, because those records still point at your account. If Settings says it failed, email support@joinpace.app and we will finish removing the account. The Privacy Policy has the full list.

Pace is not on the App Store yet. The home page stays on “Coming soon to the App Store” until the listing is live. The app is in beta on TestFlight. Email us if you want an invite.
